Irritated patch of red tiny raised bumps that feel almost raw immediately after any contact for the last year and a half. Have seen several dermatologist that refuse to take a skin sample and pass it off as fungal. To no avail they have never worked. I have wanted to post on here for so long and finally decided to do it hoping someone has fought through this before as it impacts me daily. This photo is at its worst and ironically when I go to the doctor it usually is quite “calm” by my standards. I just want to get back to having a regular sex life, I don’t want to wait it out any longer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have tried with and without latex and same end result. I started a coconut oil regimen someone had shared on a different skin related post. Going to try to lather 3-4 times a day for hopeful improvement. I appreciate your response.
