How do i deal with this?

My penis looks like this, is there any way to treat it? Would women want to have sex with me or whatever after seeing how bad it looks? Those things are noticeable when touching and also make my penis super sensible to the point it almost hurts to pass a finger on.

It seems like your glans head has been under lots of friction and drying off. Do you have any moisturiser ? It's better if you start applying a non fragrant non irritant moisturiser to the head and decrease the friction on your glans. Also meet a doc about the cracking as you need it to be properly addressed. Also for now I would worry about trying to get it back to normal than worry about the ladies . All the best !

Your glans is perfectly normal for one not covered in moisture (a lot of moisture on the glans - such as found under a foreskin - simply fills the 'grooves' and disguises them).

The 'grooves' and 'wrinkes' provide an increased surface area to allow for expension of the glans on erection.

The glans is supposed to be somewhat sensitive to touch, but the excess sensitivity to normal everyday touch can usually be controlled by ensuring that it has plenty of opportunity to directly contact clothing, your hand, etc so that the brain can 'tune out' this day-to-day contact as it does for the rest of your skin.

But it is already fully erect and the wrinkles are still there.. or is it for further growing?

It doesn’t look bad. It’s fairly normal actually. A little bit of moisturiser wouldn’t go amiss however.

It looks fairly normal to me. If you feel your glans are dry try moisturizing them with natural things like coconut oil or Shea butter or something of the sort. If you’re super sensitive try massaging your glans. The more contact it has the less sensitive it should become, based on my personal experience
