Penis is different?

I think there's something wrong with my penis and I need help! I haven't tried to contact any doctors at all cause I feel to embarrassed.

As you can see, I don't think my circumcision wasn't done well, as I have a bit of a bulged frenulum(?)/or foreskin(?)-- something that has been there ever since after the circumcision. I also think I have a skin bridge at the top.

I had my circumcision since 2010 and its been 9 years already. Any opinions?

Is there a way for me to "redo" circumcision? Mine doesnt look right..

Well that's good news. Though there won't be any complications when I do mine right? I don't think its a general one since the top part of my penis is kinda-circumcised and the remaining foreskins are all underneath.

Different isn't wrong. It's just different. If its bothering you then go see your doctor, bit to be honest it looks fine. I used to worry mine didnt look like the ones you see in porn movies, but works fine and gives a lot of pleasure. My frenulum was left when I was done, and although I once wished it had been removed, I love it now. I am sure your partners will be the same.

It's not just the frenulum you see, there's something wrong in the neck of my penis there at the top-ish that looks like a skin bridge.

Yes it probably is. Your gp should be able to sort that out. I have a freckle on my glans. I used to be embarrassed by it, but it's just me now and I am ok about it.

It looks ok on top are you pulling a loose frenlum out when soft or erect it won't affect you really its behind the dick unless causes issues I have a prince Albert piercing and that's a ring at frenlum but doesn't affect me good luck I would not worry knob looks fine

A friend had a circumcision(?) at age 12 that resulted in dog ears. Very unsightly. I now have concluded that the doctor did a "dorsal slit".
