Even after circumcision, BXO will also involve the glans and remaining inner skin.

Hi Chris, go to your GP as soon as you can and get a referral to a dermatologist they would be the best person to speak to when it comes to skin conditions.

I think you have had other problems with your skin as well and they could be connected with each other. it would be best to speak with a professional.

Is it all around the scar line on both sides?

Yeah it's a long weekend. it is very sore looking is it painful? it hasn't improved either from the other day.

When you had your circumcision did they test the foreskin for LS.

No it hasn’t but it can’t come up this quick surely ? And no I did have penile neoplasia but that was completely excised .. it’s been healthy up untill now ?.. I don’t want to die 😭😭😭😭

Don't worry man you're be fine.

No LS wouldn't come that's quick it's more like a friction you seem to have quite a tight cut that might not help but you have had other skin problems

Yeah I’ve had that penile neoplasia which is different to ls surely ? I’m just panicking about the whole thing now I want it all gone 😭😭feel like chopping it off it’s making me depressed

Omg!! Go to the doctors ASAP!! one of my uncles had this while having penile neoplasia and he passed away due to severe bleeding that came a few days later due to him neglecting it. Go ASAP !

No it was June 2018 I got it done ... it could be an irritation? I used dermol Bath emollient on it the other day directly on it as I ran out of my dermol cream I normally use

I’m no doc bud, looks really irritated and skin has cut too, I’d be putting loads of sudacreme or moisturiser all over it, looks really sore buddy

Whatever you have wrong is involving the shaft and the glans, from the pics you have posted. Your GP may be able to take biopsy but may refer you directly to a specialist. As you have already had a previous pre-cancerous condition, this could be related. Do not worry as a few days will not matter. You can also ring 111 and speak to them about your worries.

These conditions can always reoccur. Perhaps 111 are giving you the correct advice.

Is the glans of ur penis usually that pale? It looks like the sides are inflamed as if they are under constant pressure?? I’d be a little worried that there is restricted blood flow to the tip of the penis??

Well I took antibiotics for it and used tinodine cream and it’s cleared it up I got urolgist tomorow so will find out tomorow if it’s completely better now feels better had sex 5 times since then so
