I was circumcised when i was 18 in 25 now my penius head is abit bruised still and the stitch line around the head isnt flat like abit of puff under the skin any ideas on what to do

If it doesn't cause you bother leave it and think of its character of the new dick cause it may never change and importantly how does it look hard cause that's the only thing you need to be right you can piss with a bit of bump etc send a pic or we cant really see the drama etc you have m8 good luck
