Advice On Stitches

Gents im on week 4 turning 5weeks on the 25th Monday Nextweek.... What can i use to speed up the process of losing the stitches?

Any Cream or Gel you guys can recommend coz come week 6 i wanna have sex but afraid these stitches will still be intact.

I struggled with my stitches too. I started taking hot baths at 2 weeks the stitches were gone in 10 days..
