Tight fourskin

Hi I have a problem my fourskin went down but its not coming back up I have no idea what to do I have tried to relax the fourskin still nothing happened

You need to see an urologist immediately. The blood flow to your penis is shortened by you pulling the foreskin! You have a condition named phymosis. You will most likely need a surgery called circumcision. It removes your foreskin around the glans, and at this point it's inavoidable. You can actually die.

You have paraphimosis my friend. I have had the same thing and had a circumcision last week.

Go see your doctor, don't be worried, they've seen it all before. Better to get it sorted sooner rather than later.

Just wondering what will happen if I have surgery

This happened to me some years back. I used a cold cloth to soothe the area then gently pulled it back up a little at a time by stretching and pulling.It took a day or two to get it all the way back and a little painful at times but all ended well.
