Hey, I have a query about epididymitis... My symptoms are sometimes when I am aroused or ejaculate I have pain at the back of my left testes.... that is all... no other symptoms.... I have read that bacteria from sti's can cause it... but I have not been diagnosed with an sti and if I have had a vasectomy with a cut and clamped vasdefrens would it even be possible for bacteria to travel through to my epididymis?
