Utrogesten 200 daily?

Hi does anyone take 200 Utrogestan daily? Ive been on 100 for months but I am so tired sore achy headaches very low moods etc. Took 200 last night and I have felt better today than I have felt in goodness knows how long? Doesnt feel like a coincidence!

how much oestrogen do you take, I think it depends on that.

I'm on 100 and the gel 2 pumps on leg but I'm kinda still having a period every now and then but then none for months but been told to not take them because not supposed to be good for me either alk the other medication I on but been taking it anyway but just lately I feel like I've hit a brick wall I'm so angry teary hit and miss when I sleep good achy legs feel like I'm going to crack up sometimes and headache

I’ve new to the group so that’s y I’m only finding this out I’ve been on it for a few months now but was on 100mg for few months before I find I still get headaches but my sleep is a lot better on 200

I’m not sure if u can go any higher as it’s all new to me only diagnosed last year but been having hot flashes and mood swings for a few years took me 3 years to get diagnosed as I’m under 50 !!!! My mum was 35 when she went through the menopause
