Hi everyone I'm new to this forum I'm on the liver one and just came across this one. I was wanting to ask do anyone suffer with being always cold? I know that sounds weird its usually feeling hot lol, but I'm really cold a lot I hate being in Restaurants etc with air conditioning on 🥶 I do get flushes in my face but the coldness is weird.
