Hot Flush

can a hot flush without any sweating last for over 24hrs??

I have long covid, am 52 and most likely menopausal but my symptoms are never clear cut on if it’s menopause or my LC but since Friday I’ve had a hot to touch face/neck etc no sweating, but a dry heat with tingling. My skin temp reads 38.7° but my in ear thermometer reads a normal 36.5°

Just really puzzled and I’ve always blamed my LC especially when I relapse or do too much.

I completely understand about the hot flushes and LC as I have both. Its very frustrating and quite scary. Mine come and go, so im not sure about the 24hr part.
