anxiety and nervousness took over again today

I was due to get root canel treatment but it never happened so I’m getting referred for sedation

I know this anxiety is due to post menopause plus side effects from merina coil

I wish I never got merina but got it without researching it. I’ve had it for 3.5 years so waiting until 5 years so I hopefully don’t have merina crash.

I wish I could get rid of this nervousness and anxiety it’s taking over my daily life
