🙂At the time.. I didn’t try any type of magnesium but this link explains the potential benefits of the various types.
It is likely that it is just one of those supplements you need to try for yourself.
I haven't yet, but I would suggest consulting your doctor before taking magnesium.
I have taken magnesium for some time to relieve menopausal bloat and migraines and it does seem to help. I tried a few but have settled on a magnesium 4-1 complex type. If you have any blood pressure issues, you should check with a GP first because it can cause a reduction in blood pressure.
