I'm new here - Utrogestan/Mirena query

I have been using the Mirena coil for PMS and for the progesterone part of HRT since June last year, and want to have it removed due to hair loss, but am worried about taking Utrogestan as taking it two weeks a month could re-start the cycle of depression/mood swings that I was trying to resolve by having the Mirena.

Do you have any experience of this / Mirena / Utrogestan two weeks a month, or depression and HRT?
