After 2 years of HRT in different formats without any success, my GP is advising me to try antidepressants instead. I am anxious about it, anyone else had this experience? Thanks

Hi I took venflexane last year for hot flushes, initial very low dose didn't work so was doubled after a month and did seem to have effect. Unfortunately I then suffered from quite severe side effects, raised BP , nosebleeds and the final nail in the coffin! a ruptured blood vessel in the eye.
