Hi , is anyone on here taking Lithium and velefaxine for depression .

Would love to know , as I'm also thinking of Hrt , but don't like taking all these meds x

Hi. I’m sorry to hear you have depression- it’s such a debilitating condition. I’m not on antidepressants but I have just started HRT. You don’t have to have it in tablet form, there are patches, gels and even a spray now. Have a look on Dr Louise Newson’s website - My Menopause Doctor. There’s loads of info on there about HRT and alternatives. Also download the Balance app - it’s free and again lots of info on there. Take care 😊
