Tb meningitis masturbation problem

Hi guys, I know I can't have sex if I'm having tb meningitis because it's contagious but I can't even masturbate my penis fully grows but when I try erection goes off. Is it due to medication and weakness. I'm very irritated because of erection goes on and off. Please reply

Yes I suffered the same and unfortunately hasn't improved in the 8 years since. Viagra and Cialis were ineffective too.

It's a real blow on top of everything else that I went through, but looking at the big picture, at least I survived
