Try looking for an imca independent mental capacity advocate they can then support your daughter and you. Make a formal complaint to Social services requesting a review and a new assessment you should have a yearly review. Pay for a consultant social worker you can use your daughters benefits to do that as it’s for your daughter. Speak to mencap helpline and you may get some support through the carers Association you could also talk to them. Are you a deputy for your daughter if not that’s something you could apply for on the cover website gov.uk for property and finance and health and well-being good luck a few suggestions for you.
Hi I used to be i. Social care and they used to have to review each year ans or if beeds change. If you get no where try asking her for her line Managets nane ans email. You cpuld also find a learning disabilities charity or advocacy service to intervene on your behalf , hope this helps
