My son lives within a supported living environment. He has 2 housemates, one of whom needs 24 hour care. When ever they go out my son gets left behind because the care agency are saying you can't have more than one client in the car at any one time. On what Covid regulation is this based?
Thanks

Hi my son also lives in supported living with one other housemate and they also are only allowed one client in car at any one time. This seems to be shared, one might go in car one day and the other one another day. Is your sons other housemate also left behind as there are 3 of them. Obviously it doesn’t seem fair and I would think they need some sort of system to make this more equal.
We have the same. I'm not sure which directive but they have to be extra cautious. There are rules in place for my son that are inconvenient but I appreciate why and make myself as available as possible to get him out.
We got told that and only two people on the taxi but I think it depends on the taxi provider then again they are all saying the same thing
