Im just feeling bad this morning as i do every morning. I called crisis line 2x this week. My motovation to do anything is gone.I cant think straight anymore. My old life wasnt great but, the life i have now is awful.

Please see a doctor ASAP. I've been there more than once in my life and, thanks to some strong meds, I was able to enjoy my life once again. I am going through a depressive episode right now and the meds make me feel like crap, but I am able to get a good 8 hours of sleep. That's a start... Please see a doctor! ❤️
