I am just existing since a year. My symptoms are lack of appetite, Anhedonia, no attention and concentration to learn new things, drained of energy. I am not able to bear it, somebody who understands these please hit up.

Hello and Welcome. I want to invite you to also join Anxiety and Depression Support on this site. It is much more active with people posting all day every day. If you post there too you are likely to get more responses. You are definitely not alone with depression. This is a great place to get support.

I am in the same boat for the last year. I did finally find a therapist on line and after meeting with her just once I feel a glimmer of hope. I hope you can find someone to help as it is unbearable!
