Trintellix and nausea

Has anyone struggled with nausea while taking Trintellix? I just started a few days ago but the nausea is driving me up the wall! I can barely eat and I'm having crying spells because I'm so frustrated with feeling bad. Pepto Bismol, Emetrol, and Tums do not help. I have ginger and peppermint candies but I can only eat so many of them before they start to make me feel icky again.

I'm reaching out to my psychiatrist to see if I can take it at night and/or get a Zofran prescription since that has greatly helped in the past.

Any suggestions? TIA!

Hi,

Nausea seems to be a side effect of all anti-depressants and it is terrible. Especially the initial 2 week period. Can you reduce the dose?
