it’s been days that I haven’t been able to sleep. Days are stressful and I fight battles, nights are quiet and I still fight battles. How do you sleep? Anything that can help? I’m tired.

I guess you tried over counter sleep aid and Benadryl. I have Vistaril and a prescription sleep pill Lunesta. Hot bath at night, chamomile tea.I like the Lunesta.. does not give you a groggy hangover the next day

I'm sorry your going through this, it's just the pits, I've had insomnia my whole life as a kid to today. I know the struggle of always being tired, I watch the sunrise most days after being up all night. I feel like a vampire as I can only seem to sleep for a bit in the morning and afternoon, but it's constantly being interrupted so I never get more than a few hours of sleep at a time if that. I've tried everything....nothing natural works.
