What is this?

I need actual help... I was looking for a zoom meeting or something... I'm so stressed right now and this is pointless. I have gad and mdd and adhd... writing in a forum makes my depression so much worse because I can find anything... I'm trying to be positive because I've dealt with suicide attempts. But this is dumb

if you are suicidal, a hospital or counselling is the way to go. This is a support forum. If , maybe look for in person support groups in your area? Meetup.com has a lot of groups
