Hey everyone! Are there any Zoom support groups through this website? I struggle with depression and the occasional thoughts of suicide. I was referred to this website from the National Crisis Line. Thank you!🙏

Ive looked for depression and anxiety support groups and haven’t found much out there.

Amy, check out HeyPeers.com, the DBSA's website. They have depression and other support groups online cheap or for free.

I just heard about this site myself. I’m trying to be helpful and respond to some posts. There’s an app called Circles, which is freaking amazing.

Hi Amy...I suggest you go to Depressed Anonymous website. There are zoom meetings everyday following the 12 step program. I have been going for a few weeks and it has helped so much! I actually have some hope now I can recover!
