Hello,
I'm new to this website but stumbled across it and thought it might be helpful. I have struggled with Depression for many years and recently got out of an abusive relationship that I feel has really changed how I react in most situations. I have a very difficult time trusting people and I don't want to be this way. I am starting an emotion regulation group on Wednesday but am looking for people who might have the same situations or feelings that might be able to shed light on what helps them. I feel like I haven't been progressing, but instead using old coping habits to get through some days because I'm feeling desperate.
