Gait done and new shoes

Went over to Leeds this morning and had my gait done I always thought I was a heel striker I'm not I'm a midfoot striker. Happy with these that I've got for the Manchester marathon. Brooks Glycerin

I am another Brooks fan; adrenaline for road/firm trails and cascadia for muddy rocky stuff. Took me a long time to find something that suited me! Look out Manchester.
