So I decided to give this a try...findarace.com/events/the-gr... it was great fun! We started at Monument Station in the City, ran down to the river following the spreading of the Great Fire of London in 1666. We finished up near Barbican Station (since the Museum of London was closed). The run totalled 6K in about 1.5 hours. Lots of information at the stops. About 10 people on the run. We ran at the speed of the 'gentlest' runner. I recommend it and am going to look for some additional runs - there's a Christmas Lights run in December.

Impressed that you tried something new and pleased that it went well. Sounds fun indeed! Do you live near to the start point or did you have to travel far to reach it?
That sounds just lovely
Well done for trying something new. Lots of historical interest there. I suspect far enough on hot day.👍
