Well, what do you know? As far as we know there are no events this coming week and so we can give our busy pompoms a well deserved rest. They certainly need it after all the waving this year 💤
Let us know if you’ve snuck a race in and not told us and we can resurrect the pompoms at once!

Me and Shake-and-run will of course be running our virtual challenge right up to Christmas Day, but we will post that separately, probably a few days after.

I may do Christmas day parkrun , and we have a cross county race the following weekend xxx
Thankyou Irishprincess , she spent her whole life in and out of hospital it's very sad and hard on everyone, she's going to need another kidney transplant before long... 😪xxx
