REALLY?? NO POM-POMS THIS FRIDAY??? 🤔

I’ve looked everywhere and double-checked but I can’t see any events for this weekend 🙀

We did say that events would be slowing down for the next few months but just in case you’ve entered something at the last minute or if you’ve just forgotten you had a race this weekend then this might be a wee reminder and it’s now time to share the details. No shame about forgetting.

I once totally forgot about a race and the week before an email popped up reminding me to turn up that coming Sunday. “WHAT?? What race?”  So,it can happen 🙄

If there are no events then our pom-poms can have a rest. They have been pretty busy recently.

But, even without the pom-poms make sure you all have a fab weekend.

No events for me 'cos I'm moping on the IC at the moment, but I did wave a few pompoms as I passed some heroic runners on the Brecon Beacons Ultra this morning uphilldowndale.com/

Were any HU runners there? If so, I salute you 👏🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

My physio probably wouldn't have approved of my 'gentle exercise' up in the hills, but needs must, and I certainly took some vicarious pleasure in watching the runners and dreaming that one day it could be me 🥵😅🤔
