On Saturday please give a loud cheer for:

⭐️ the amazing SkiMonday who is taking on the Frampton Globe Trot, modelling his brand new running club t-shirt (photo please 😊). 'Exciting, muddy and glorious' - now that sounds fun!!! Don't be getting that shirt too dirty before the official photos 😆

 ⭐️ the marvellous Mudita11 who is a last minute entry in the Eastleigh 10K. Billed as 'the home of the PB' and fast and flat, this one should be a lot of fun. No pressure though, just enjoy!!!

Good luck and Bon Courage to all of you 🍀🍀 🍀🍀 Shamrocks are more appropriate for dedicated runners than pints of Guinness, sorry (though supporters may wish to opt for Guinness once they put their pompoms down)! We're all with you every step of the way, shouting and cheering and waving those pompoms!

This isn’t an event but Shake-and-run is going for her longest run yet on Sunday. I’m hoping that just before lunchtime she’ll be able to step up and claim her 10 miles badge. Pom-poms needed as she’s feeling a bit sore atm and may need some extra encouragement 🙏

Thank you @linda I’m keeping positive and have entered a 5 miler in April so I should be good for that and a 10k in May which gives me a bit more time to train 🏃🏽‍♀️🤞🏻
