It’s a new month, it’s a Friday and …. wait… where have all the pompoms gone?

Fear not! They’ve not disappeared forever, they’re just having a little rest and recuperation (hmm, remind you of anyone?!) because they’ve been told they’re not required for any events this week.

Of course, if you know different, and you’ve got a race this weekend or during the coming week, let us know, and we’ll activate the urgent pompom waving service for you!

Otherwise, look out for fresh, happy pompoms ready to spring into action next week, or just as soon as you require their services.

Let's face it, I'm never ready to race at the best of times Linda!

I'm OK in myself thanks. Hands and face are a bit messy, guess I'll need to keep dressings on for a few days yet. Back of my right knee hurts and seizes up if I sit too long, but doesn't like going up or down stairs, which is a nuisance as my desk's on the mezzanine. It'll get better, I just need patience... of which I have very little. 😠
