Good morning you fabulous runners! Guess what day it is? (If you’re anything like me, you’ll have to think about that one a bit 😂😂) It’s FRIDAY!! Which means only one thing! It’s pompom time again!!!

🥳 So, kicking off December for the first of our events are the awesome twosome  Dexy5 and  UpTheStanley who will be making their usual cheery appearance at Southampton on Sunday for the Southampton Common 10K. No doubt we can look forward to another great run report and photos from Dexy afterwards 🤗

🥳 Next up we have the incredible  Time_Lord who will be taking on another 10K, the Chasewater 10K Christmas Pudding Dash, another Sunday event. I see that dressing up is strongly suggested TL and we would love to see lots of photos please 🎄🎅🎁

We’ve had really thick fog here too for the last few days Cmoi. This was my run yesterday in the arboretum (thought it was safer than the country roads 😱)

I was out in 3° feels like 2° yesterday. Tbh, it was nice to be back in it once I got going. It’s afterwards it’s 🥶. At least there’s no sea breeze there. Hat, gloves, cosy!! 😁

Thank you Irishprincess . It was definitely much chillier on our ‘easy’ 2k run this morning, but I think the Common will be warmer than our promenade. We will certainly let you know how it goes.
