So to all of you wanting to follow my process of my challenge here is the first few days. Fairly easy to many but for me who regularly getting muscle spasms, pain, weakness, fatigue, this can be a bit of a challenge but is something I love to do. Especially when the BHF is my charity.
I have been running on the spot so am hoping that is ok? I don’t see why not. Some brisk walking too. You do get a medal for it so am getting another one to my collection…having the London Marathon one I did in October 💖
