The above is the name of the NRC run I just did and it was anything but just ok! Thank you Oldfloss for reminding me that CB does some great guided runs,
I don’t know why I’ve let the NRC slide a bit recently. He reminded me it’s ok to feel certain ways, and that it’s also really ok to accept that sometimes we will feel a bit out of shape compared to previous runs etc. I’ve had to shorten my runs a fair bit of late on physio advice due to niggles, but today was the first run in a while where my body felt really good. I think the fact it wasn’t raining had an awful lot to do with it - it was sunny, cool, and just lovely. And sorely needed. Just to be able to breathe in the cool, fresh air was such a tonic. I have fallen back in love with running today.

Ah thank you so much misswobble . It really cheered me up. I’d been so looking forward to some nice Autumn runs and this is the first one I’ve really enjoyed 🍁🍁🍁.
