NOVEMBER’S FIRST POM-POMS! 🥳🥳

Hello runners 😃

A new month and a call for lots of pom-pom cheering. So, get those fluffy babes primed and ready to rock ‘n roll 🥳

At the minute we have only one intrepid star running this Sunday. R4inbow is taking on her first (official) Ultra! 💪 All 40 miles of the Chalkland Way going through the stunning Yorkshire Wolds.

40 miles R4inbow 😳 ! You will be running an hour and a half south east of where we live, on the opposite corner of the North Yorkshire Moors. Beautiful countryside down there. I hope everything goes really well for you and you end your run with a satisfied, if tired, smile on your face.🙂

You must live somewhere very beautiful then! We went up for a bit of a recce a couple of weeks ago and did about 10 miles before we saw another sole. It's stunning up there.

(I'm currently trying to ignore the fact it's 40 miles)
