Sorry about your recent 3 weeks of illness Caroline, I am so glad that you are better now and well done on running that 10K, you will soon be back on that half marathon training plan, that's a lovely badge you got for running that 10K.
On Wednesday I ran my 100th (not) parkrun, when I got home behind the door was a package containing my second London Vitality Virtual 10,000 π₯ medal and a T Shirt π I will wear the T Shirt at parkrun tomorrow.
Ah well done Sparky! Youβve got your spark back. Thatβs brilliant seeing as you were on the bench there for a while. Iβm guessing the new shoes are doing their job too π. And you canβt beat that runnerβs high! Hurrah Soarky! πππ
I bet youβre glad to be back out! Itβs just so good to be outside after a break π. Antibiotics not kicking in yet, please let it happen soon!
Hoping to do a HM Sunday week - just donβt know where to go. Working out a 21.1k route isnβt as easy as it sounds π€£, donβt want it too hilly, but donβt want to be anywhere busy.
Hopefully your foot just needs to settle into the new shoes. I still have a bit of foot trouble on the odd occasion from badly fitting shoes - must be from over a year ago now, but generally it behaves so with a bit of luck so will yours. π
