16 days since I've managed to Run 😨

First week a chest infection, second week an ear infection πŸ™„

Even my covid infection in January didn't knock me out for so long πŸ˜‚

But glad to report I managed to get out this morning, a slow recovery run to see how I'd get on, thought if I could make 5K that'll be a start πŸ™

Got to 3K and felt I needed a rest,so I did.. carried on till 6K , another rest where I stopped and took some pics .. was joyous to be back out enjoying the wildlife and scenery being very thankful to be out πŸ™

Decided at 8K that's enough for today, didn't want to overdo things.. but after shower and breakfast I'm feeling really great and hopeful I can get back to my plan πŸ™

Ooh Happy Day πŸ₯°

Your fitness will soon return sparky; in fact it already is returning. I always look for average heart rate dropping on otherwise like for like runs. A sure sign that things are on the up. πŸ‘
