What a brilliant 12K today!!

No mud, puddles or trees to scramble over, beautiful conditions..🌞😁

That's 40K this week aiming for my Garmin challenge of 300K from January to March.. only have 48 K left to run, so I'm hopeful I can achieve that with the time I've left 🙏

Kept a steady 7.30min K till the last three which I got under 7mins..

I just felt really strong... And I was loving the last two on the way home, came in the house dancing 🤣

No parkrun for me today Caroline, I hope to be back to Dunfermline parkrun next week, instead this morning I ran a short 3K around a pond only 10 minutes from where I live.
