Still in a mess I am afraid. A stone too heavy, and swelling ankle and foot persists. I just canβt run. Following physio guidance but it is not solving the problem. Not sure what to do next! I re started swimming last week, so maybe that will help. I also started wearing some shoe inserts which give some arch support. Will give them a try on a short trot this week. 5 weeks since I ran!
I am very well thank you Tasha99, this morning I am taking a trip on the train to the place where I ran my graduation run in June 2018, however, today I'll just walk the route as I am will be wearing walking boots, not running shoes.
In a manner of speaking yes. My knee issue is sorted, but on New Yearβs Day I broke my little toe. I am actually running as itβs got a lot better and I donβt actually use that toe so all good. Did my first 10k of the year today, but have definitely lost a lot of fitness. Itβll come back though
