10 miles is one of my fave distances so I really enjoyed that! Mind you, itβs the first time in ages Iβve done a flattish route and in all honesty I actually missed the hills, mad I know π€£! I think itβs because the route I did today is a bit more urban and I didnβt get all of the amazing views Iβve been treated to recently, and also the Water Meadows was heaving. It was gazelle central this morning. But heck who cares, I feel fab now π.
Iβve crawled around the floor for a bit stretching making groaning noises and am now having a lovely cup of coffee.
Have a smashing day everyone! πππ

Good run for you today Frenc, by saying "gazelle central" I suppose you saw a lot of fast runners, some overtaking you.
I haven't ran 10 miles/16K for a few months, but that time you ran it in is around the same time as I have ran 10 miles, I have run 5/10 mile runs, times vary from 1 hour 1 minute to 1 hour 8 minutes, come Spring I will increase my runs up to 10K and maybe 10 miles again, enjoy the rest of the day π ππΎ
Ah thank you π. I was pleased to get out there and do it. And yes, lots of fast folk out there today. I saw 2 lads who I think were brothers aged about 12 and 13 bombing it up a hill! They were covered in mud and obviously having a great time. You have a good rest of the day too.
Thanks Ian. It was fun in that muttering to yourself like a mad person way! Thought Iβd be really stiff today, but actually Iβm not too bad hurrah π.
Lol misswobble! Just the 2 legged kind Iβm afraid π€£. Unless thereβd been a breakout at the nearby Marwell Zoo. Mind you it would be quite fun to see some of their Red Pandas lolling around in the trees π.
