Well, this bingo card is giving me a nice push to get out and run and walkπ
This week I tentatively started training for Kew HM in April, and today I managed a full 10k round Virginia Water and the Obelisk Pond in Windsor Great Park. Lovely, and best of all my leg seems to be holding up at lastπ€
I saw some steps during my run this morning and decided I just had to head up them, if only for the bingo card. Oddly, the steps led UP to Valley gardens ... oh well π€. It was worth the climb - at the top were a lovely camelia and mahonia, both in full blossom. Anyway that 10k completed my first line on the bingo card! Not sure I will complete the whole card ... the pre 8.30am box is going to be the killer for me I think π€£π
Unfortunately this morning's migraine put paid to this afternoon's baking, so no post run festive treat for me today. Something to look forward to thoughπ
Happy festive running and walking everyone xxx πβοΈπ

The steps were bonkers ... what was I thinking ... it was your post that was in my head as I doubled back to do them πI'm very excited for the coming back - the very best Christmas present π€π
Next time may be Christmas morning parkrun, so definitely festive treats after that (although probably no rest π). I see parkrun is on hold again in Canada βΉ I really hope Penticton is back up and running by beginning of Feb though π€
Good to hear your running is going well. Well done on the festive bingo. I'm slowly ticking them off. Hope you're feeling better today and get the baking done. π π
