So you didn't need to run a Half Marathon to complete that challenge, congratulations to you Caroline on completing that 300K challenge on running 10K this morning, well done, that means that this year you have completed two 300K challenges, 600K altogether, you deserve a gold medal. enjoy the rest of the day, by the way, I ran my 28th 10K yesterday, on Saturday it will be my 50th parkrun.
I will eat a extra large ice cream when I get back from Dunfermline parkrun on Saturday, its a treble celebration for me on Saturday, 3 years since my first parkrun, Dunfermline parkruns 7th birthday and most of all my 50th parkrun π ππΎ.
Hurrah Sparky! Well done - I just about managed this challenge too. Seeing as you had your longest enforced break for those two weeks, you did really well πππ. Look after that leg though! All the best.
Ooh well done! I'm miles off that one ... literally π Take good care with that niggle, sounds like you know yourself well which will work in your favour π
I'm more of a one 10k 2 5k sort of a gal! So not million miles away on good weeks unless I get a couple of work induced "not got the energy " midweek slumps. I nearly always get out twice its the 3rd And 4th runs that sometimes seem a stretch too far -just realised it hasn't occurred to me to do 2 longer ones per week-maybe something to try after I finish my current Garmin plan.-see I told you that you were an inspiration!!Happy running and look after those twinges.0 πββοΈ
Odd! The other monthly challenges for July are now up on Garmin Connect, but there are no "2022 Walking Stage 3" or "2022 Running Stage 3" challenges yet.
