10.74km, 281m elevation gain run. Actual 10K time 1:10:33. Will do the HM later in the week when conditions will, hopefully, be better.

Editing to add: the funniest bit was when another of my song choices - Ballroom Blitz - came on, just as I was getting to flatter track and then downhill road. As I have a naturally fast cadence I got it into my head to attempt running to the beat. Well, my tiny little legs were going like the clappers, taking the smallest steps ever. Managed it for some of the time. Glad nobody saw me!

Wikipedia claims that "The Ballroom Blitz" was inspired by an incident on 27 January 1973 when the band were performing at the Grand Hall in Kilmarnock, Scotland, and were driven offstage by a bottling.

It doesn’t surprise me at all. I used to go to butlins in the 70’s and if you chose the Scots pits holiday fortnight you knew there’d be trouble Drink and too much ready cash I suppose Plus the usual rivalries

Oh my! The HM I did today only had 100m of ascent in it. You had double that in half the distance.

Definitely over ground not underground. Making good use of the runs that we find.
