Past two weeks all my runs have felt strong and noticing I can go faster for longer even the last couple of Ks on my 10 Mile run last week... And after a weekend watching the London Marathon I'm even considering whether to train for my first π€ π€£
I'm planning to run another HM very soon.. looking like the weather may be perfect over the weekend βοΈ
My first year Runniversary is next month, which has me reflecting how far iv came in this time πͺ
I'm in such a better place mentally, dealing with the aftermath of my cancer is so much easier.. getting out running 3 times a week with the headspace it brings.. changed many more aspects of my life π I strength train on non run days and eat much healthier, lost over a stone in weight and muscle tone is really showing πͺ
Having this forum watching everyone's progress from a year ago till now, really is so inspiring.. just love it!!
Thank you all π€β€οΈ

Altogether sparky66 you would probably have to pay well over Β£100, Edinburgh is a very expensive place for anything, I went a visit there in August, did not buy anything when I saw how expensive everything was, for example, a Bounty chocolate bar was Β£1.40, the other day I bought a Bounty Bar near to where I live, it only cost 79 pence, so if you wish to go to Edinburgh start saving now.
