Hello lovely running friends!

Iโ€™m pleased to report that Iโ€™m very much on the road to recovery following my injury๐Ÿ‘

Today I was able to run 14.33K (8.9 miles in old money๐Ÿ˜Š) using the โ€˜99:59 minute runโ€™ on the NRC app without any noticeable problems, though I did do a bit of Jeffing from time to time.

Iโ€™m not sure yet whether Iโ€™ll do another โ€˜longโ€™ run next week. Iโ€™ll play it by ear and see how I feel. Iโ€™m now quite confident Iโ€™ll be able to run the GSR, even if I donโ€™t do another one.๐Ÿคž

Happy running everyone๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ and enjoy the sunshine while you can (if youโ€™ve still got it!)๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ˜Ž

Well done David. From your lovely pics, it looks like you got out nice and early too.

Iโ€™ve still got to do my long run this week but aiming for 13-14 k too. GSR seems very close now - we can do this!

A brilliant run, and so happy to hear you are well and truly on the road to recovery. And what lovely photos too, such a fantastic place to run. Good luck with the last couple of weeks of your training, although it sounds like you don't need it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฅณ
