W3r1 it was a lot easier than I thought. I so can't wait till I have finished and get back to where I was I will be more than happy once am doing 7miles a day 5 days a week that will do me fine won't be long

At the moment c25k,and then I will see how am doing might just start to extend my runs and go from there that's what I did before and it worked for me
