Well done to you sparky66 on that 10K PB time of 1:12:43, I had two PB's this week, both 5Ks, a not parkrun time of 31,52 and for my 19th Official Parkrun this morning, a PB time of 30.20, so both of us have had a very good week of running.
Thanks, I have just noticed that so far this week that I am the ONLY person who has ran at Dunfermline (NOT) parkrun, still another day for someone to 'accompany' me.
Yay you smashed it Soarky! Thatβs brilliant. The rest obviously did you the world of good π. Nothing better than a really great run and a bank holiday weekend combined! That purple watch of yours had been having quite the time of it recently - get you! πππ
Oooh thatβs always a heart stopping moment, getting them out of the machine! Iβm sure theyβll be fine, if not you may need to treat yourself π on your hols. Fingers crossed π€ππββοΈ.
