Bad start to HM plan

I've been laid low with a stomach bug for a week

I've made sure I've stayed hydrated and, fingers crossed, I'll head out for a run tonight when it gets cooler.

On the plus side, saw my GP finally and have the whole anti-allergy arsenal available
