I was going to run outside but woke up late so ended up on the dreadmill - which stopped twice and had to be restarted. Nevertheless I made it to 5K in a very modest time but at least I kept going. Only a week into my training and I’ve done a 5K. Day 7 is a rest day so Week 2 begins on Thursday. Can’t wait!!
